A recurring working session with a committed group inside your organization. We facilitate. Your people lead.
This isn't a training or a one-off event. It's a defined group — your ERG, your task force, your leadership team — that meets regularly to work through real questions about how AI fits into their actual work. Each session builds on the last. Members develop real fluency because they're doing it together.
We start with a strategy session to understand who's in the room and what they need. From there, we set a recurring cadence and go deeper each time.

Workshops are standalone sessions — we teach, your team learns, everyone walks out with a plan. The AI Strategy Circle is ongoing facilitation — we guide, your people lead. The Circle builds on itself over time. Think of it as the difference between a class and a working group.
Do we need to start with Workshops before doing something bigger?
No. Some companies jump straight to the Transformation Partner because they already know what they need. But most find that a Workshop or two gives their team shared language and context that makes everything after it more effective.
What does the Transformation Partner actually include?
Everything. A deep listening tour (AI Pulse Check), a hands-on Team Bootcamp, monthly strategy calls, champion coaching, tool evaluation, and quarterly reporting. It’s a 6–12 month embedded partnership where we drive adoption from the inside.
Can individuals work with CitizenWorks, or is it only for companies?
Both. We call our individual community “Citizens” — people figuring out AI for their own careers. We offer free workshops and webinars, with more resources launching soon.
