CitizenWorks ("Company," "we," or "us") is a workforce development consultancy based in Reno, NV. Our website is citizen-works.com. This policy describes the types of information we may collect from you when you visit our website and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information. This policy applies to information we collect on this website, in email and other electronic messages between you and this website, and when you interact with our advertising on third-party websites and services. It does not apply to information collected by any third party, including through any application or content that may link to or be accessible from our website.

Children under the age of 13

Our website is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, do not provide any information on this website. If we learn we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete that information promptly. When you fill out a form, book a call, subscribe to our newsletter, or email us directly, we collect only what you provide. This may include:

We do not collect payment information through this website.

Information collected automatically

If you consent to analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 and RB2B to collect usage data including:

  • Pages visited and time on site
  • Referring website or search term
  • Browser type, device type, and screen size
  • Approximate geographic region (IP addresses are anonymized)
  • Company-level visitor identification (via RB2B), which uses reverse IP lookup to identify the company associated with a visit. RB2B may process IP addresses and associate them with business entities. No individual names or contact details are stored by us from this service.

We do not collect personally identifiable information through analytics. The information collected automatically helps us estimate audience size, understand usage patterns, and improve the website.

  • Beehiiv — newsletter (links to an external site)
  • Fillout — forms and questionnaires

Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data. We do not control third parties' collection or use of your information.

Do Not Track signals
