Who we are

CitizenWorks is a workforce development consultancy based in Reno, NV. Our website is citizen-works.com. You can reach us at hello@citizen-works.com.

What data we collect

If you consent to analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 and RB2B to collect usage data including:

  • Pages visited and time on site
  • Referring website or search term
  • Browser type, device type, and screen size
  • Approximate geographic region (IP addresses are anonymized)
  • Company-level visitor identification (via RB2B), which uses reverse IP lookup to identify the company associated with a visit. RB2B may process IP addresses and associate them with business entities. No individual names or contact details are stored by us from this service.

We do not collect names, email addresses, or any personally identifiable information through analytics. If you submit a form or email us directly, we store only what you provide.

Cookies and consent

When you first visit our site, a banner asks whether you accept or decline analytics cookies. Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage as cw-cookie-consent.

  • If you accept: Google Analytics scripts load and set cookies to measure site usage.
  • If you decline: No analytics scripts load, no tracking cookies are set.

You can change your preference at any time by clearing your browser storage and revisiting the site.

How we use your data

Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months, after which it is automatically deleted. We do not maintain separate databases of visitor information.
